At FuelHouse Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
- Eligible Returns: You may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
- Non-Returnable Items: For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- To be eligible for a return, products must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you received a faulty item.
How to Return

- We will provide instructions on how and where to send your returned item.
Shipping for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
